赵敏，女，江苏南通人，工学博士，教授，硕士生导师，澳大利亚Swinburne University of Technology访问学者。研究方向：安全控制、数据挖掘、智能电网、医学数字图像处理。目前主持在研南通市科技计划项目1项，主持并完成国家青年基金项目1项、南通市科技计划项目1项，参与国家自然科学面上基金项目3项。近年来，指导本科生、研究生获国家级、省级大学生创新训练计划项目5项，授权发明专利6项，实审发明专利8项，大学生数学建模竞赛全国二等奖、中国研究生数学建模竞赛全国二等奖多项。
