个人简介 |
男,江苏泰兴人,博士研究生,微电子(集成)学院学院微电子系主任,微纳能量存储与转换器件团队负责人。2012年毕业于华东师范大学微电子学与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。2013年破格晋升为副教授,2019年晋升为教授,2017-2018获江苏省政府资助赴英国约克大学进行学术研究。先后入选南通大学创新人才基金,江苏省高校青蓝工程中青年学术带头人培养对象,江苏省六人人才高峰高层次人才培养对象,南通市226工程第二层次培养对象,南通大学优秀教育工作者。主要从事微能源、固态/液态电池、柔性电子器件集成、光电转换功能材料、气敏传感器等方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、江苏省自然科学基金等省级项目2项、江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目2项;在Appl. Phys. Lett.、J Colloid. Interf. Sci.、J. Mater. Chem.、Nanoscale、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Dalton Trans.、Electrochimica Acta等国际期刊上发表论文50多篇,论文总被引次数超过1300次,h-index为21;获PCT国际发明专利1项,申请中国发明专利30多项,获得授权20多项,转让7项。 |

近5年已指导硕士研究生19名,其中毕业8名。指导的研究生在SCI/EI期刊发表论文15篇,申请授权专利12项。每年计划招收研究生3名,欢迎电子科学与技术、集成电路、微电子、物理和材料等相关专业的学生报考博士/硕士研究生,主要从事微能源、固态/液态电池、柔性电子器件集成、光电转换功能材料等方面的研究工作。 |
